In school we are taught to a build a peer network to support our academics, help study, proof read work and problem solve with. Wouldn't it be great if we each had not only a peer mentor but a senior mentor to engage in similar brainstorming, problem solving and relationship building opportunities? In a complex world, the past narrative of a great "man" is no longer viable. The problems are too great for one person. For complex problems we need collective intelligence and distributed cognition. Therefore we need to come together as communities to talk about the largest problems and work together. Amidst all of the uncertainty we need to come together more than ever! We need to work towards a common purpose to make the world greater, better and more beautiful than we discovered it. Seniors in our community have so much to offer, so much to say, yet often no one to say it to. Have you built a deep meaningful connection with a senior in your community? Do you need help finding a way to start? Lets Talk.
